Canada is ARTLIFE's founding market, where we develop, manage, and enhance residential and commercial properties across the Greater Toronto Area — from rezoning through to handover.
We specialize in developing high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise residential projects in key locations across the GTA. Beyond new developments, we also manage, rent, and enhance existing residential and commercial properties, ensuring they remain valuable and vibrant over the long term. Our rezoning expertise spans residential, commercial, and industrial use, guiding each project from conception through to completion.
Our Canadian portfolio spans residential developments, office buildings, industrial properties, and land acquisitions across the GTA and Montreal. This is where ARTLIFE's end-to-end model — from entitlement to handover — was first established, and it continues to inform how we approach our newer markets in Greece and Romania.

In Greece, ARTLIFE is active in Crete, developing boutique residential properties in partnership with a local developer with decades of experience on the island.
Crete's northern coast, between Heraklion and Agios Nikolaos, combines strong international demand for Mediterranean second homes with a still-limited supply of high-quality, small-scale developments. ARTLIFE focuses on boutique residential projects in villages that have preserved their authentic character, offering both holiday and investment buyers a distinctive entry point into the Cretan market.
Our first project, Epano Sisi 1, is a boutique collection of five apartments in the elevated village of Epano Sisi, minutes from the village harbour and surrounded by olive groves with mountain and sea views. Built to Energy Class A standards, the project reflects ARTLIFE's approach: small-scale, high-specification developments in locations with genuine local character. A second phase, Epano Sisi 2, is under development, alongside a villa development in Elounda Plaka on Crete's northeast coast.

Timișoara
Timișoara is ARTLIFE's platform for growth in Western Romania, where we are developing light-industrial real estate for the region's expanding SME base and exploring senior living as a new vertical.
Our flagship project, WestEnd Park, is a light-industrial condominium park located on DN6, adjacent to major facilities including FLEX and the Coca-Cola plant, and near the developing Timișoara Nord residential area. The site benefits from planned infrastructure upgrades, including a new road connection passing through our land and proximity to the under-construction western ring road extension. WestEnd Park is designed to serve small and medium-sized Romanian businesses seeking modern, well-located industrial space — a segment we see as a key driver of demand in the region. We develop this project together with an experienced locat contractor-developer.
Alongside industrial development, ARTLIFE is studying the senior living sector in Romania as a new area of focus, evaluating the Timișoara market and the broader national landscape.
